Joinet provides a comprehensive solution for RFID tires, including a series of RFID tag products for tires and an information system based on RFID tire application scenarios.
RFID car tire tag is an UHF tag that uses radio frequency identification technology. It can be installed on car tires to obtain tire related data by reading the information on the tag during vehicle operation. These data can include the tire model, manufacturer, production date, installation date, tire usage status, and so on.
The RFID tag is implanted into the tire during the molding process, and the tag can withstand the deformation, high temperature, and high pressure during the tire molding and vulcanization process; At the same time, the product structure that combines rigidity and flexibility enables tags to withstand various bending deformations and pressures during tire use, and can be used throughout the entire lifecycle of the tire.
As a "ID card" for tires, RFID tags provide a unique identification number (EPC) for the entire life cycle of the tire, which can be locked or permanently locked after being written. We can provide a user storage area of 0-2K bits, where users can write necessary data during tire production, use, refurbishment, and other processes as needed. The user storage area can be password protected or permanently locked.
RFID tags are implanted into the tire sidewall during the tire forming process. The tag antenna should be perpendicular to the fetal cord. The RFID tag should have good adhesion to the tire rubber without producing bubbles.
