Project Background

A certain enterprise requires the addition of a logistics warehouse traceability system on its current production line, warehouse, and shipping platform, which can query order flow information in real-time and refresh backend data in real-time after shipment, to solve the problems of low efficiency caused by current manual records, as well as delayed or missed data refresh, and inaccurate inventory records.

System implementation objectives:

In the communication process of a certain enterprise, propose the following goals:

1. At the same time, fixed barcode readers are installed on all production lines to read the content of the original ERP system production order and record the flow data of the production order back to the original ERP system, in order to achieve real-time record and query of order flow status;

2. Install anti metal RFID tags on all product pallets, use a handheld RFID scanning gun for real-time scanning during stacking, circulation, warehousing, outbound, and shipping, and communicate with the original ERP system in real-time to ensure accurate data;

3. Introduce the Wangwang Code system to implement one item, one code management for finished cardboard boxes.


Overview of the plan

The entire application solution consists of a computer client system, a PDA client system, and a Wangwangcode platform. The specific modules are as follows:

Note:

1) The computers required for project implementation will be prepared by Guangzhou Lianwang itself;

2) A certain enterprise is responsible for the installation of power and network circuits at the project implementation site.

2. Implementation agreement

The implementation of any project requires some prerequisites and agreements, reaching consensus on these matters in advance, and paying attention to these factors at all times during the implementation process, which is a necessary guarantee for the smooth implementation of the project.

1. Both parties will ensure that the project implementation is carried out within the pre agreed scope. If there are any changes, they must follow the scope change control procedures proposed by both parties.

2. The project system support team will be responsible for the establishment and maintenance of all hardware and network environments, providing assurance for project implementation.

3. A certain enterprise will provide necessary office environments, such as computers, network interfaces, telephones, file cabinets, etc.

4. Zhongneng is responsible for the training of Guangzhou Lianwang project personnel, and the training of end users will be conducted by the Guangzhou Lianwang project team members.

5. The implementation work will follow the standard functions of the product as much as possible to avoid modifying the original program. If there is indeed a need for change, the best solution should be jointly searched for according to the predetermined implementation scope control procedure.

6. The project team members of a certain enterprise should mainly be full-time.

Both parties should communicate in a timely manner during the project implementation process. But to ensure progress, a "certain default system" should be implemented, which means that documents submitted that require confirmation from the other party are considered confirmed if there are no objections within a certain period of time.

3. Plan Management

According to the requirements of the project schedule, developing a practical and feasible work plan, specifying the tasks of each member, and checking the completion and quality of tasks are important guarantees to ensure the smooth implementation of the project. Work plan management should include the following points:

Make a work plan on a weekly basis and obtain approval from both parties.

Conduct weekly workload statistics and quality inspections. And signed by the customer.

Prepare a weekly work summary, explaining the reasons for non completion and suggestions for improvement.

Break down work into individuals.

The project manager should coordinate everyone's work at all times to avoid duplication or disconnection.
